Érosion côtière
C’est le samedi 28 mai 2022 qu’ont été implantés les premier « Épis Maltais Savard” à Dionewar pour la protection des terres contre l’érosion côtière dans le Sine Saloum. L’implantation de ces ouvrages se fait dans le cadre du projet TEFESS-Initiative des communautés locales pour la protection et la gestion de la zone côtière réalisée par Nébéday avec le soutien de la Délégation de l’Union Européenne au Sénégal.
Fii Laa Tekkee a participé à ce projet très prometteur grâce aux conseils avisés et l’expérience de Patrick Chevalier.

Coastal erosion
On Saturday, May 28, 2022, the first « Savard Maltese groins » were installed in Dionewar to protect the land against coastal erosion in the Sine Saloum. The implementation of these structures is done within the framework of the project TEFESS-Local Community Initiative for the Protection and Management of the Coastal Zone carried out by Nébéday with the support of the Delegation of the European Union in Senegal.
