FLT serves as a bridge to connect experts, organizations, and citizens with the local authorities, experts, and citizens of the Saloum Delta to carry out collaborative actions to strengthen the 3 pillars of sustainable development (environment, society, and economy).

Members contribute their energy and experience to a wide variety of actions that they can support, develop, or lead according to their interests and talents.

FLT is a national (French) association with international membership, and all meetings of the Association are held on-line, allowing for members to join from anywhere. Association meetings are currently held in French only but all Association documents and reports are translated to English.

All are welcome! FLT is currently seeking new members with interest and/or expertise in :

  • Social Entrepreneurship
  • Plastic pollution, recycling, and circular economy solutions
  • E-marketing / market development for local artisans, arts and crafts
